Reminder:
Draining and winterization of the sprinkler system is the responsibility of the tenant. If you have not already had this done then you need to contact one of the vendors below to schedule an appointment no later than October 31, 2007.

Please feel free to contact our office if you have any questions. Although the sprinklers will be shut off, you are still responsible for watering the lawn at least twice a month by hand. Please remember to disconnect any hoses from your home after use. Also, remember to follow any watering restrictions set by your utility companies in your area.
You will need to provide Select Properties a copy of the paid invoice for the winterization or a written statement that you have personally winterized the sprinkler system and accept responsibility thereof. You may e-mail Tammy at tammy@selectpropertyrentals.com with this information. |
Please be advised that when vacating the premises you will need to have the carpets cleaned. A receipt must be submitted to Select. If you want to request that the cost of the carpet cleaning be paid for from your security deposit you must submit a written request to the office to have this approved by the property manager before you vacate the premises. There is a form that you can fill out, please contact Select to request one. There may be an additional cost if Select has to arrange for the carpet cleaning or cleaning.

If you change your number at any time, please contact the office to update your file so that we have current information.

It's that time again for the furnaces to be serviced! Please be aware that vendors will be contacting you to schedule an appointment to clean and service the furnace, change the filters, and the batteries in the smoke alarms. Schedule an appointment as soon as possible. If the vendor is unable to get a hold of you or to schedule an appointment, they will be given a key to go into the home to complete the work for the owners.

Work Requests
If you have a work request, please remember that your request needs to be submitted in writing. You can print out a request form, fill it in and mail or fax it to our office. The fax number is 593-0529. You may also contact the office and speak to Tammy or Colby and they will be happy to send some requests to you. If you have an emergency, no heat, no electricity or running water, during business hours please contact the office. If your emergency is after business hours call the cell phone at 719-651-6791 and leave a message if no one answers. You MUST leave your number for us to return your call. |
