Welcome to Fall in Colorado. Beautiful summer weather and then POW...winter. If you have not had your automatic sprinkler system winterized then you will most likely have a broken valve on your backflow. You will need to contact a sprinkler company or a plumber and have the backflow repaired and the system winterized before the ground freezes. Unless you live in a condo or townhouse this is a responsibility of the Tenant by the lease agreement. Please contact us as soon as possible.
We have contracted with All Seasons Heating and Cooling to have all of the furnaces in our units cleaned this year. You should have already heard from them to set appointments to do this work. You may contact them directly at 578-1104 to set your appointment with them. As soon as December 1st if you have not scheduled your appointment we will be giving All Seasons keys to enter the properties that have not been cleaned as we must have all units services by the end of the year as part of our contractual obligations that we have with the Owners. Please help us by setting your appointments with All Seasons as soon as you get this newsletter. |
