Denny Snowdon -- President
Denny is the owner, broker, and all around property manager. She is a certified Professional Property Manager (PPM) and a Master Property Manager (MPM). She is a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM).Denny is responsible for the growth of the company and any brokerage problems. Jeff Snowdon -- Vice President
Jeff is a Certified Manager of Community Association (CMCA) and a licensed real estate agent. He is also a member of the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM). Jeff oversees commercial property management and numerous residential properties. Tammy Dowling -- Office Manager
Tammy has been with Select for several years and is Denny's assistant. She is responsible for all of Denny's assigned properties. Any questions regarding maintenance, lease renewal, etc. should be directed to Tammy. She prepares management agreements and creates tenant and vendor newsletters. Colby Tauche -- Administrative Assistant
Colby has been with Select Properties for 3 years and is Jeff's assistant. She will be responsible for all of Jeff's assigned properties. Any questions regarding maintenance, lease renewal, etc. should be directed to Colby. Your phone call will be directed to the appropriate property manager and/or their assistant. Nancy Sibley -- Bookkeeper
