RE: Notice to Vacate

This is our 30-day written notice that we intend to vacate the property located at:_________________________________ effective______________________. Our current lease agreement with Select Properties will expire on_________________.

We understand that there is a move-out checklist and approved carpet vendor list that we will receive once this notice is received by Select.

We also understand that keys and garage door opener remotes (if applicable) must be returned to Select's office by close of business on the last day of our lease. At this time we will provide Select with a forwarding address and a receipt for carpet cleaning.

We understand, as per our lease agreement, that Select has 60 days from the lease expiration or return of keys and garage door opener remotes, whichever is later, to return our security deposit.
